Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on precisionshooting.us and in person with Precision Shooting LLC, Lake Stevens, Washington.

• Eligibility. You must be legally able to purchase and possess the item under federal, Washington and your home-state law, and meet the age shown on the listing. Every firearm is transferred through a licensed dealer on a completed Form 4473 and background check.
• Prices and availability. Prices are the manufacturer’s list prices in US dollars and can change without notice until your order is accepted. Most items are ordered to build; lead times are estimates.
• Payment. Cards are charged at checkout; card payments carry a 3% surcharge. Deposits arranged by phone are due as agreed and the balance before transfer. Washington sales tax applies to pickups in Lake Stevens.
• Delivery. Pickup in Lake Stevens by appointment after the Washington waiting period, or shipment to a licensed dealer you name, once we hold a signed copy of their licence. Risk passes when the dealer signs for the shipment.
• Washington restrictions. Items marked as not sold or delivered in Washington ship only to a dealer in another state. Attempting to buy a restricted item for delivery in Washington cancels the order.
• Denied transfers. If a background check is denied the sale cannot be completed; see Returns.
• Custom builds. Governed by the written build order: 40% deposit, 20% call-back rule, 10%/40% restocking, background check after completion and full payment, approvals valid 30 days.
• Warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to their products. Our builds are warranted against defects in our workmanship.
• Law. Washington law governs; venue is Snohomish County, Washington.
