How ordering works

Pick from the catalog
Every current model with the maker’s photos, description and options. Ask us if you want to talk it through first.

Pay, or put down a deposit
Order online and pay in full, or call us and we set up a deposit by phone (40% on builds). The balance is due before transfer.
3
We order it
Placed on our dealer allocation. Lead time depends on the brand; we email you when it ships to us, and you can call or email any time for a status.
4
Transfer
Pick up in Lake Stevens after Washington’s ten-business-day wait, or we ship to your dealer once we have a signed copy of their licence.
Bought it somewhere else?
Have it sent to us. We do the paperwork.
Online retailer, another dealer, a gun you bought from someone out of state: the seller ships it to our licence, you come in for the background check, and you pick it up after Washington’s wait. Suppressors too, by Form 3.

Wait times vary; we send you the approval the day it lands.

Pick up here after approval. Out of state: Form 3 to your SOT dealer, who files your Form 4.
Since 1 January 2026 the federal transfer tax on suppressors is $0; registration with ATF still applies. A 2026 federal court ruling may change the steps for some buyers, so ask us about the current process before you order. Reviewed September 2026.
