The Switchback 22 is the best performing rimfire suppressor on the market. It is modular, lightweight, and with unmatched sound reduction. The Switchback offers three different length options and four possible configurations. The orientation of the baffles optimizes sound performance for pistols out of the box. However, when the baffles’ orientation is flipped, the Switchback 22 becomes optimized for rifles. It’s also user-serviceable so shooters can keep it clean and functional for years to come.

The Switchback 22 is rated for .22 LR, .22 WMR, .22 Hornet, .17 HMR, .17 WSM, and 5.7 x 28mm. It is full-auto rated for all of these calibers and is compatible with Delta Adapters. Ships with (2) Switchback Spanner Wrench.

Inspired by technology used in rocket and jet propulsion, when oriented in one direction the front section exhibits the most competitive sound reduction on the market for pistols. When the orientation is flipped the result is unprecedented sound reduction on rifles.

How you'll receive it

Ordered to build: your card is charged at checkout and we place the order on our dealer allocation the same day. Call us if you would rather reserve it with a deposit and pay the balance before transfer.

  • Pick up in Lake Stevens, by appointment (Washington residents). Bring government photo ID and proof of firearm-safety training at your first visit. We run the Form 4473 and the Washington application, and submit the state background check. When you buy the firearm from us, the transfer and the $36 state fee are included. Washington requires ten business days from that request before any firearm is handed over.
  • Ship to your dealer in any state where this item is legal, free of charge. Your dealer emails us a signed copy of their licence (27 CFR 478.94); we match it against ATF's FFL eZ Check before it ships. Their transfer fee and state rules apply at pickup.
  • NFA item. Washington buyers: we file the ATF Form 4 with you here (passport-quality photo; fingerprints on cards or digital capture, $50 optional; individual or trust). Out-of-state buyers: it goes to your SOT dealer on a Form 3 and they file your Form 4. The federal transfer tax on suppressors has been $0 since 1 January 2026. When you buy the suppressor from us, our $125 NFA transfer fee is included; the only extra is digital fingerprints, $50 and optional.
