Returns
Firearms are regulated goods, so returns work differently from an ordinary shop. Here is what applies.
- Before transfer: if you change your mind before the firearm has been transferred to you, contact us. Catalog orders follow the maker’s cancellation terms once they have accepted the order; custom builds carry a 10% restocking fee before parts are ordered and received and 40% after.
- After transfer: once a firearm has been transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned for a refund. Defects are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; we help you arrange it.
- Denied background check: the sale cannot be completed. A firearm you bought elsewhere goes back to the seller at your cost and our transfer fee still applies; for a custom build no refund is issued once the rifle is complete and paid for.
- Services and state fees: transfer fees, NFA fees and the Washington background-check fee are non-refundable once the work is done or the check submitted.
- Suppressors and NFA items: not returnable once the Form 4 has been filed.
