Description

The second-generation 22 TAKE DOWN takes the solid performance of the original and shrinks it smaller and lighter: 4.8 inches long and 4.8 ounces. Suppression on a .22 LR rifle is the same as the original (about 110-114 dB(A) at the shooter’s ear) and about 1 dB quieter on semi-auto .22 pistols. Gen2 units carry serial numbers above TD10000.

This multi-purpose heavy-duty small-caliber suppressor works on pistols and rifles in .22 LR, .22 WMR, .17 HMR, 5.7×28 and similar calibers. It is user serviceable and may be taken completely apart; the baffles are labeled and keyed to ensure proper assembly and an assembly tool is included. TBAC ULTRA baffle technology, magnum rated, 5.7×28 pistol rated, rock-solid POI repeatability.

How you'll receive it

Ordered to build: your card is charged at checkout and we place the order on our dealer allocation the same day. Call us if you would rather reserve it with a deposit and pay the balance before transfer.

  • Pick up in Lake Stevens, by appointment (Washington residents), once ATF approves your Form 4. Bring government photo ID; we complete the Form 4473 with you at pickup. Washington's state background check and ten-business-day wait apply to firearms, not to a suppressor, so there is no state fee on this item.
  • Ship to your dealer in any state where this item is legal, free of charge. Your dealer emails us a signed copy of their licence (27 CFR 478.94); we match it against ATF's FFL eZ Check before it ships. Their transfer fee and state rules apply at pickup.
  • NFA item. Washington buyers: we file the ATF Form 4 with you here (passport-quality photo; fingerprints on cards or digital capture, $50 optional; individual or trust). Out-of-state buyers: it goes to your SOT dealer on a Form 3 and they file your Form 4. The federal transfer tax on suppressors has been $0 since 1 January 2026. When you buy the suppressor from us, our $125 NFA transfer fee is included; the only extra is digital fingerprints, $50 and optional.
