Description

The FLY 45 has industry-leading .45 ACP suppression while being 25 to 50 percent lighter than its competitors, and it is tough: rated for .45-70, .450 Bushmaster, .308, 6.5 Creedmoor and 5.56 from 16 in barrels, .300 and 8.6 Blackout subsonic from 5.5 in, and pistol calibers on any barrel.

Modular: 8.85 in long or 6.6 in short with the booster. Ships with a .578-28 piston and a booster basket; remove them for an industry-standard 1.375×24 HUB rear mount (a CB2HUB adapter fits TBAC CB brakes). Takes Rugged/Griffin/SilencerCo/TBAC standard pistons.

How you'll receive it

Ordered to build: your card is charged at checkout and we place the order on our dealer allocation the same day. Call us if you would rather reserve it with a deposit and pay the balance before transfer.

  • Pick up in Lake Stevens, by appointment (Washington residents), once ATF approves your Form 4. Bring government photo ID; we complete the Form 4473 with you at pickup. Washington's state background check and ten-business-day wait apply to firearms, not to a suppressor, so there is no state fee on this item.
  • Ship to your dealer in any state where this item is legal, free of charge. Your dealer emails us a signed copy of their licence (27 CFR 478.94); we match it against ATF's FFL eZ Check before it ships. Their transfer fee and state rules apply at pickup.
  • NFA item. Washington buyers: we file the ATF Form 4 with you here (passport-quality photo; fingerprints on cards or digital capture, $50 optional; individual or trust). Out-of-state buyers: it goes to your SOT dealer on a Form 3 and they file your Form 4. The federal transfer tax on suppressors has been $0 since 1 January 2026. When you buy the suppressor from us, our $125 NFA transfer fee is included; the only extra is digital fingerprints, $50 and optional.
