Volquartsen’s stainless barreled action starts with a CNC-machined stainless steel receiver with integral rail, threaded to accept the stainless barrel of your choice. The CNC-machined bolt has a titanium firing pin and tuned extractor, the TG2000 trigger gives a crisp 2.25 lb pull, and every barrel is digitally gauged to proprietary match bore and chamber tolerances: bolt-action accuracy from a semi-auto.
The IF-5 is the total package: perfectly balanced and incredibly accurate, largely due to the signature I-fluted barrel with removable Forward Blow compensator. I-fluting creates more surface area than any other fluting design and cuts about 12 oz from the rifle.
