Covers receiving your suppressor or other NFA item from the seller (Form 3), filing your Form 4 with you in the shop (photo, fingerprints, trust or individual), and the transfer once ATF approves. Set the quantity to the number of items filed together: the first is charged at the full fee and each additional one at the reduced rate. Bring a passport-quality photo; digital fingerprints are optional and priced separately. A gun trust is recommended but not required.
