The ULTRA50 was built to one goal: shoot .50 BMG all day, recoil-wise, with only normal earplugs. It reduces recoil by 65% compared to a bare muzzle while presenting about 136 dB peak at the shooter’s ear (140 dBA at the milspec mic, AI-ELR 16.5 in barrel). The next best-known braked .50 suppressor is about 20 dB louder at the ear.
Modular: removing the center section shortens it about 4 in. The exit-end RR brake can be timed independently of the body. Offered only in the Big-SR (BSR) mount with one BSR-NTB brake included (extra brakes $250); soft case included. Not for the Barrett semi-auto; consult TBAC engineering on thread specs before installation.
